After successfully delivering two smaller schemes for our client we were awarded this larger scheme which involved full refurbishment and conversion of four one bedroom flats to create four new one bedroom flats and four two bedroom duplex flats over the 2nd and 3rd floors.
To create the additional space a rear extension at first floor level and mansard extension had to be constructed. Works also comprised of full strip out back to brickwork, extensive structural modifications, M&E and full fit out.
One of the main reasons we were awarded this project was our understanding of the clients requirements to maintain the operation of the commercial units at ground floor level whist the works to the upper Levels were carried out.
Careful planning and sequencing of the works enable us to deliver the works to the clients full requirements. Image, shows new mansard extension to the rear of the building with GRP dormers and single ply roof coverings .
